depauw&co is founded by Mike DePauw, a senior marketing and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations clarify their message, strengthen their brand, and grow with purpose.
Across his career, he has led global agency teams for some of the world’s most recognized brands—including Coca-Cola, American Express, Kraft Foods and Cox Communications—to solve complex marketing challenges and build enduring growth. He has also worked with respected Minnesota-based organizations such as Entrust, 3M, UnitedHealthcare and Twin Cities Orthopedics.
His work extends into the nonprofit sector, having worked with organizations such as Minnesota Public Radio, the University of St. Thomas, the Minnesota Financial Empowerment Initiative, and National Association of Corporate Directors–MN through brand strategy, messaging, omni-channel marketing, revenue modelling and stakeholder engagement.
Mike also serves the community through board leadership with the Children’s Hospital Association, Vision Loss Resources, and Free Bikes 4 Kidz, and civic engagement with the St. Louis Park Vision 4.0 Committee to design the City’s 10-year strategic priorities.
